Directions to Property
From the airport - Turn right at the roundabout, and then right again at the second roundabout on to Kawarau Road. Follow this until you get to the next roundabout. This is identified by the service station on the corner. Turn left at this roundabout on to Frankton Road. Follow Frankton Road all the way into town, Frankton Road then merges on to Stanley Street. You will go straight through the roundabout that is the intersection of Stanley St and Ballarat Street.
Continue to the next roundabout where you will turn left on to Shotover Street. Driver through the next two roundabouts and follow Shotover Street until it merges into Beach Street. On the left-hand side, you will see Lake Wakatipu. Follow Beach Street as it merges into Lake Esplanade. Lake Esplanade then meets with the Fernhill roundabout. Platinum Queenstown is located 300 metres up the hill on the right-hand side.
This is a 20-minute drive from Queenstown airport or an approximate $50 taxi fare.

Mountain bike trails are close by with easy access, we have a dedicated bike repair station. We have the most picturesque golf courses at your doorstep, walks and adventure are all awaiting.
Payment Policy
PROPERTY GENERAL BOOKING POLICIES
• Platinum Queenstown accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, Union Pay Card and American Express a service fee of 2% applies. New Zealand Debit cards no service fee applies.
• All reservations require valid credit card guarantee (VISA debit cards not accepted). Credit Cards are only used as a guarantee and no payments will be deducted unless cancellation / no show charges apply for accommodation reserved OR you have booked our Advance Purchase option OR your reservation is over the New Year period, at which time your card will be debited within 24 hours of you making the booking.
• Platinum Queenstown reserves the right to cancel your reservation if you are unable to comply with this policy.
• In the event of non-payment Platinum Queenstown reserves the right to charge the guarantor's credit card (supplied at the time of booking).
• Any Guest making a booking must be over 25 years of age and all/any guests unaccompanied by a parent or legal guardian must also be over 25 years of age.
Strictly NO PARTY POLICY. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
• All bookings over the Christmas and New Year period must be paid in full one month before arrival and will be deemed non-refundable. We will contact you if payment has not been received.
• All bookings of 3 or more villas a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required at time of booking, balance of total booking due 30 days prior to arrival, no amendments or cancellations will be accepted beyond 30 days of arrival.
Cancellation Policy
GENERAL POLICY
No cancellation fee is payable on bookings cancelled up to 14 days prior to the date of arrival. A cancellation fee equal to the value of the first night's accommodation will be charged for cancellations received between 14 & 7 days prior to the date of arrival; full value of the booking will be charged for any cancellations received within 7 days prior to the date of arrival.

Child Policy
Children up to the age of 3 years are considered complimentary when sharing existing bedding with parents and can be additional to the maximum occupancy of 6 people per villa. Cots, highchairs, fire guards and stair-gates are available free of charge but must be requested at the time of booking.

Check In Policy
Check-in: Is available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and/or check-out is by arrangement and can not be guaranteed, additional charges may apply.
Credit Card guarantees: On line reservations require authorisation of a credit card deposit/withdrawal. No charge will be made against the card details unless the guest fails to arrive for the booked accommodation OR an Advance Purchase rate was selected.
Smoking: As this is a smoke free complex. Please smoke outside away from open windows, doors and other guests, especially children. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
General: Visitors are permitted at the management discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All visitors must vacate the property by 9.00pm.
All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the villas or extra cleaning, will be charged to the registered guest.
We are very pleased to offer our Guest’s unlimited FREE* WiFi for convenience and comfort in our Villas. Unlimited WiFi operates on a fair use policy. We reserve the right to slow the user down if use is excessive or impacting on other guests.
